Debbie's Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
1 cup Splenda
2 cups heavy cream (1 pint)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa
½ to ¾ cup Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits


Put in ice cream maker and let freeze. Add toffee bits at the last minute.
